How we operate

Your order can be payed for with Paypal, Twint, PowerPay, Visa and Mastercard, Postfinance or by bank transfer.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer the order will be shipped upon reception of the transfer itself, lenghtening the shipping time compared to a card payment.

When recieving the order, our staff will start preparing it and shipping it.

*Orders recieved before 01:00 pm will be shipped the same day, orders recieved after 01:00 will be shipped on the next buisness day.

The package will then be shipped by mail throughout the Canton of Ticino and throughout Switzerland, you will recieve an email with a tracking number for your package.

The service we utilise is PostPack Priority. The parcel will be delivered within the next working day, we also offer the option of Saturday delivery for an additional fee of 3,50 CHF.

UPON RECIEVING YOUR PARCEL ALWAYS ACCEPT IT WITH “SUBJECT TO CONTROL”.

If the package is accepted by the receipient without the “Subject to control” clause we will NOT be able to answer for any eventual damage caused by the transport.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • For orders up to 79.99 CHF the cost of transport is 9.90chf
  • Free Shipping for orders OVER 80 CHF
  • For orders SUPERIOR TO 180 CHF with an adress in Lugano or within 5 km of Lugano (Albonago, Aldesago, Besso, Breganzona, Canobbio, Castagnola – Cassarate, Comano, Davesco-Soragno, Loreto, Massagno, Molino Nuovo, Pambio-Norango, Pazzallo, Pregassona, Porza, Sorengo, Vezia, Viganello) the parcel will be shipped directly by our personnel with our “GREEN AWAY” service, at the adress indicated. The service is currently active on Mondays during the afternoon. The customer will be notified at the time of departure of the package.

* In case of articles being out of stock in your order, they will be substituted with similar articles, with identical caracteristics, of equal or superior value. In case no substitution is possible we will proceed to refund the item.

Delivery Authorization

Please give us the delivery authorization online. We will deposit the package at your home or at the address indicated at the time of order.

Once your order is ready for collection you will be contacted by phone and email.

Your order is prepared within 24 hours.
